The FCE reporter was created with the help and assistance of Dr Crane, MD, PMR in Dallas TX. He was an MD tester for many of the FCE equipment used today. He wanted a software program that could be used to enter outcomes and create a short but comprehensive ‘ability’ report that was not 45 pages long. Regardless of the equipment name. This program is his brainchild.

This program provides the physician the option of inserting ‘functional’ disability issues that can be identified in the evaluation without a ton of expensive equipment.

Check out the ‘spec sheets’ to see the functional tests that can be used to help determine disability issues. This information can then be inserted into their reports.

This FCE reporter also includes basic impairment rating testing for the 4th edition of the AMA Guides.

This program does NOT replace a comprehensive functional capacity evaluation.
